    Analisis Didaktis untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Calon Guru Fisika Ditinjau dari Gaya Kognitif dan Gaya Belajar

    This study aims to analyze the learning outcomes of prospective physics teachers in terms of cognitive and learning styles. The sample consisted of 47 prospective physics teachers at the University of Mataram. The instruments used consisted of the Group Embedded Figures Test (GEFT), the VAK learning style questionnaire, and the learning outcomes test instrument. The research data were then categorized and analyzed using descriptive statistics to see a picture of student learning outcomes in terms of their learning styles and cognitive styles. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that there are differences in learning outcomes between students who have a field independence (FI) cognitive style and students who have a field dependence (FD) cognitive style. Students who have FI cognitive style tend to get better scores when compared to FD. When viewed from the learning style, it can be seen that the number of students who have visual learning styles is 46.80%, audio is 8.51%, and kinesthetic is 44.68%. Students who have a kinesthetic learning style tend to get better scores when compared to students who have a visual and audio learning style. By paying attention to the characteristics and percentage of students who have FI and FD cognitive styles and students who have visual, audio, and kinesthetic learning styles, one alternative learning that can be used to improve student learning outcomes is cooperative or experimental-based collaborative learning model

    Abstrak. Paradigma baru pempelajaran menyediakan peluang para siswa dengan aktif terlibat  dalam proses pempelajaran dan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan  bersama-sama meningkatkan pemahaman. Penggunaan struktur tertentu dirancang untuk mempengaruhi pola interaksi siswa. Satu strategi adalah kooperatif struktur think-pair-share, menetapkan prosedur untuk memberi para siswa lebih waktu untuk berpikir, menjawab, dan saling membantu. Penelitian dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan strategi pembelajaran (struktur think-pair-share dan ekspositori) dengan pemberian advance organizer untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas X. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan pengaruh utama dan interaksi strategi pembelajaran dan advance organizer terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan eksperimen semu dan pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group dengan faktorial 2 x 2. Subjek penelitian adalah para siswa SMA 7 Mataram NTB kelas X tahun pelajaran 2010/2011. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan advance organizer terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas X. Kata Kunci: think-pair-share, ekspositori, advance organizer, hasil belajar Abstract. The new paradigm of learning provide opportunities to students actively involved in the process of learning and appropriate learning strategies can enhance the activity and mutual help increase understanding. The use of a particular structure is designed to influence the pattern of student interaction. One strategy is to structure cooperative learning think-pair-share, has established procedures to explicitly give students more time to think, respond, and help each other. The study was designed to integrate learning strategies (cooperative structure of the think-pair-share and expository) by providing advance organizers to improve student learning outcomes physics class X. The purpose of this study was to determine the main effect and interaction of learning strategies and the provision of advance organizers to learning outcomes physics class X. This research uses quasi-experimental design of pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design with a factorial 2 x 2. Research subjects were high school students 7 Mataram West Nusa Tenggara Province in class X semester 2010/2011 school year.     Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Assure dan Pengetahuan Awal Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA-Fisika Siswa Kelas Viii SMPN 22 Mataram

    This is an experimental research. This research aim to examine the effect of ASSURE learning model and prior knowledge on science learning outcome in class VIII of SMPN 22 Mataram. The population is entire students in class VIII SMPN 22 Mataram with VIIIB as experiment class and VIIIC as control class. Both divided into high and low prior knowldege group. This research use factorial design 2x2. Hypothesis test use two ways anava. We got that (1) learning model take significant effect on learning outcome that ASSURE model get higher score than konventional model, (2) prior knowledge take significant effect on learning out come that higher prior knowledge get higher score than the low one, and (3) there is no interaction between learning model and prior knowledge on learning outcome. N-Gain test shown that high prior knowledge of ASSURE class get most improvement result and low pior knowledge of conventional class get worst. It is better to continue this ASSURE learning model in research using another student characterictic analyze. High prior knowledge experiment class get improvement result in all sub-chapter. Low prior knowledge experiment class and high prior knowledge control class get most improvement in wave characteristic. Low prior knowledge control class get most improvement in vibration characteristic

    Development of Learning Media for Wave Ripple Tanks with the Implementation of Guided Inquiry Models on Students' Mastery of Concepts and Scientific Creativity

    The purpose of this study was to develop learning media for wave ripple tanks with the implementation of guided inquiry models on the conceptualization and creativity of students in physics subjects in class XI with the material of mechanical wave characteristics. The wave ripple tank learning media is used as a tool in the learning process that can improve students' mastery of concepts and creativity. This study uses the Research and Development method with a 4D design (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). At the defining stage, the initial analysis was carried out, namely examining the background behind the emergence of researchers' ideas. The design stage is carried out by designing the wave ripple tank learning media with the implementation of guided inquiry models. The development stage is a development activity as well as an assessment of the experts which includes the validation test of the development results of the device, media ripple tank learning, and assessment instruments.     ABSTRAKPendidikan bertujuan mendidik individu yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah dapat dilatih dengan membiasakan peserta didik menyelesaikan sebanyak mungkin masalah melalui penerapan model pembelajaran yang tepat di kelas. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dengan bantuan post organizer dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah fisika peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan post organizer terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah fisika peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan non-equivalent control group design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Gerung dengan populasi seluruh peserta didik kelas XI MIPA tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu kelas XI MIPA 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI MIPA 7 sebagai kelas kontrol. Indikator pemecahan masalah yang dinilai adalah useful description, specific application of physics, dan mathematical procedures. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t dua pihak dengan rumus t-test polled varians pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan post organizer terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah fisika peserta didik. Kata kunci: inkuiri terbimbing; post organizer; kemampuan pemecahan masalah fisika. ABSTRACTEducation aims to educate individuals who can solve problems in daily life. Problem solving skills can be trained by getting students to settle as many problems as possible through the application of appropriate learning models in the classroom. This research was designed to integrate the guided inquiry learning model with a post organizer in order to improve students' physics problem solving skills. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of guided inquiry learning model assisted by the post organizer on students' physics problem solving skills. This research used quasi-experimental with non-equivalent control group design. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Gerung with a population of all students of class XI MIPA in the academic year 2019/2020. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique, namely class XI MIPA 4 as an experimental class and XI MIPA 7 as a control class. Indicators of problem solving assessed were useful description, specific application of physics, and mathematical procedures. Hypothesis testing used two-party t-test with the formula of t-test polled variance at a significance level of 5%.     This research is aimed to identify the effect of advance organizer learning model through video learning towards physics learning outcome of second grade students MIA SMAN 2 Labuapi. Advance Organizer is a learning model which consists of 3 phases: presentation of Advance Organizer, presentation of learning assignment or learning of material, and strengthen the cognitive structure. There are three domains of learning objective concerned in the study, which are, first cognitive aspect from C1 until C6 (knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation), second is affective aspect and the last is psychomotor aspect. The student cognitive learning outcome was done by using objective test.     The Validation of Go-Lab Based Inquiry Learning Spaces (ILS) on Science Subject for Junior High School Student

    Learning innovation in the midst of a situation like now needs to be done to adapt to the times. The times require teachers to continue to innovate by modernizing learning activities to suit the interests of students. The purpose of this research is to produce a learning innovation by combining inquiry learning and the use of information technology called Inquiry Learning Spaces (ILS) based on Go-Lab. The method used in this development research is 4D which has the stages of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. This research will focus on the first three stages: Define, Design, Develop. At the Develop stage, validation is carried out on the product being developed. Validation was carried out by 3 experts in the fields of Physics Education, Media, and Learning Technology. Product reliability is also carried out using a percentage of agreement. From the results of expert validation, it was found that the product developed had an average score percentage of 88.31% with a very valid category. In addition, the percentage of agreement results show that each instrument's percentage has a value above 75% in the reliable category. Several criticisms and suggestions from the validator became a significant improvement to improve the Inquiry Learning Spaces (ILS) which was developed so that it could be used in science learning in junior high schools

    Hubungan Gaya Belajar dengan Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa

    This study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between learning styles and science learning outcomes for fourth-grade students at SDN Gugus 2, Sape District, for the 2019/2020 academic year. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with Ex Post Facto research techniques. The population in this study was 152 students consisting of 6 elementary schools in Cluster 2 Shape. The sample was determined using a probability sampling technique, namely proportionate stratified random sampling so that 110 students were obtained. Data collection techniques were used in this study, namely questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis to test the hypothesis with the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results showed that r arithmetic was 0.373 and r table was 0.618 > r table, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that there is a relationship between learning styles and science learning outcomes for fourth-grade students at SDN Cluster 2, Sape District, for the 2019/2020 Academic Year

    Pengembangan Modul Elastisitas dan Hukum Hooke Berbasis Guided Inquiry untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Peserta Didik

    This study aims to produce a product in the form of a guided inquiry-based module that is feasible, effective and pratical to use. The design used in this study is 4D model consisting of define, design, develop and disseminate. Data collection techniques used validation sheets, critical thinking skills test instruments and student response questionnaires to the module. The validity data were analyzed by determining the CVI for the module by an expert validator. The result of CVI analysis for guided inquiry-based modules by expert lecturers is 1 which is in the very good category, while the results of CVI analysis by practitioners is 1 which is in the very good category. The pretest and posttest data were analyzed to determine the improvement of students’ critical thinking skills through the n-gain test. The results of data analysis obtained an average n-gain of 0.54 with a moderate category which indicates an increase in critical thinking skills. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis of student responses to the module, it shows positive criteria with an average acquisition of 86.1%.     Mastery Concept of Harmonic Vibration with Meaningful Instructional Design Learning Model through Experimental Methods

    This research was aim to identify the effect of meaningful instructional design (MID) learning model through experimental methods on mastering the concept of harmonic vibration. This type of research was quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design with pre-test and post-test. The population was all students class X MIA SMAN 7 Mataram in the academic year 2018/2019 with a purposive sampling technique. Class X MIA 4 was chosen as the experimental class with MID learning model through the experimental method and class X MIA 5 as the control class with conventional learning. Concept mastery data were analyzed using the polled variance t-test. The results of the analysis were tcount>ttable (4.39 > 2.00) at a significant level of 5% which means that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected.
